What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Alx Community is located near the Old Town waterfront. You can take metro to the King Street station and walk or take the free Old Town Trolley to the intersection of King St and N. Lee St. There is plenty of parking around too. If you park a few blocks out from King Street, it’s free. If you park on King or closer streets, you might have to pay the meter. There are also many parking garages close by for those who don’t like parallel parking – Market Street garage is the closest to the venue. 🙂
Can I attend if I don’t have a ticket, or pay at the door?
In order to ensure the best experience for everyone, and due to space constraints we do not allow for at the door sales, and require ticket purchase for attendance. People on the wait list will be notified via Eventbrite when a space opens up.
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
You can shoot Sarah an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or reach out via Instagram DMs!
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes, definitely! If you can’t make it, and you know someone who’s ready to accept your ticket, go right ahead! You can initiate transfers within Eventbrite.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?
We really prefer to have the person’s name to match who attend. If you’ve taken someone else’s ticket, either shoot us an email, or get them to initiate a transfer through Eventbrite.
