Dr. Eller has conducted numerous seminars and workshops over the years related to topics that effect the workplace. In each of these workshops, he integrates the understanding of the basic principles needed to plan for communicating effectively and influencing others. In addition, Dr. Eller’s seminars and workshops provide opportunities for participants to practice through role playing, case study analysis, and other hands-on and active learning activities. Dr. Eller has written several books that focus on communication, dealing with difficult people, energizing meetings and many other workplace topics. In his work with the Federal Leadership Institute Dr. Eller has advised Federal Agencies and Corporations on leadership, communication, organizational effectiveness and workplace culture issues.
