In this one-hour workshop, you will learn brass tacks leadership skills while banishing burnout and overcoming analysis paralysis. We’ll cover the ins and outs of owning your leadership story, share the critical elements to running effective virtual meetings and offer some strategies for time management to build resilience and manage stress. This session will be highly interactive and focus on meeting your real-time needs and challenges during this time of transition.

Ami is a leadership coach, entrepreneur and corporate attorney who is committed to supporting professional, ambitious women who are ready to create a life and career that reflect all of who they are. Driven by the knowledge that authentic connection leads to fulfillment, Ami draws on her own career in law and communications to empower others to reach outside of their comfort zones to build community, gather information and make strategic decisions.
Ami graduated from Vassar College with a B.A. in Hispanic Studies, earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation.
Ami works with private clients to provide career counseling, career coaching, executive coaching and leadership coaching.
