1) Breathing Exercises: We’ll start with simple breathing exercises to ground you, release any tension you have, clear your mind, and boost your brain power. You will discover simple techniques you can do any moment of any day.
2) Desk-Side Stretches: We’ll move into simple stretches that you can do next to your workspace, in work clothes, any moment of any day. This will boost your energy and blood flow.
3) Intention-Setting: We’ll close with intention-setting to give you clarity, focus, and energy to take on the rest of the day and the days to come between our next session.
