PARLOR
Inside the light-splashed Parlor you’ll find sleek marble floors, modern gold finishes, and plush contemporary furniture, perfect for chatting over drinks and hors d’oeuvres. The Parlor features high ceilings, a bar, a catering kitchen, elevators, and floor-to-ceiling windows with two access points to the Terrace.
TERRACE
The Terrace features an observation deck wrapping ¾ of the way around the rooftop, as well as a beautiful patio with a retractable roof, heaters, and ceiling fans—plus a captivating view of the George Washington Masonic National Memorial.
Together, the Parlor and Terrace encompass 2750 square feet of indoor and outdoor space and can accommodate 200 seated individuals.
GEORGE WASHINGTON
This spacious corner room features a small bar/catering area, three televisions, a projector, AV equipment, and two walls of floor-to-ceiling windows with direct access to the outside Terrace. Barn-style doors open and close to reveal or hide two of the TVs. The west-facing wall’s doors fully open to create an open-air space connecting the room with the patio and pergola.The room can hold up to 125 guests (seated).
