Since ALX Community opened our doors in 2018, we’ve been committed to our social mission of giving back to the local community and empowering others to do the same.
Now, we’re thrilled to announce an exciting giveaway for those who are passionate about investing in Alexandria’s growth, now and in the future: a six-month membership to a private, four-person office at our newest coworking space, The Atrium, located at 277 South Washington Street.
Our space inside the five-story, neo-traditional building is home to private offices and suites, meeting rooms, collaboration areas in plush lounges, quiet breakout areas, our signature Flex Desks, and a rooftop with stunning panoramic views of Alexandria and DC. The giveaway not only includes the office space, but also generous credits to use toward meeting rooms and printing, plus use of the rooftop penthouse conference center.
We also offer free TALX from industry experts of all kinds who speak about their career experiences, as well as monthly Community Cocktails, a fun way to mingle and network with your new coworking colleagues. Oh, and did we mention free, delicious coffee from our friends at Swing’s Coffee Roasters in Del Ray?

Individuals must be 18 years or older to enter. The giveaway runs from Friday, November 5, 2021 to Wednesday, January 12th, 2022 at 11:59pm EST. Only submissions that follow all entry requirements will be entered into the giveaway. The winner will be notified in mid-January by the email address provided when entering the giveaway. If the winner cannot or will not claim their prize within 5 days, the prize will be awarded to a different business or organization.
