Her favorite kind of dog is Piper. When she was little she wanted to be a marching bagpipe-ess.

Luke moved to the DMV after growing up in Richmond VA, but before that, he was a Business & Music double major, the president of his University’s acapella group, captain of his high school swim team, and an avid hiker. His favorite kind of dog is a Labrador Retriever. When he was little, he wanted to be a Jedi.

Born and raised in NY, Kylie has planted new roots in the Alexandria community. She loves flowers, plants, and all things nature. Her favorite dog is a Ruby Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. When she was little, she wanted to star in the movie Air Bud.
Brigid Hart
Community Specialist
Brigid is passionate about building genuine connections and helping create a space where members feel right at home. Outside of work, she enjoys great food, staying active, and spending time with her two Australian Shepherds.
Fun fact: she once considered becoming a pop star, which may explain the big personality she brings to the team.

Nicole grew up in Arlington, Virginia, and has always valued the importance of community and connection. With a background in customer success and professional services, she is passionate about creating meaningful experiences and helping others thrive. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, running, learning new things and challenging herself, like for her next running goal.
Lyza Pyvovarova
Assistant Events Director
Lyza (short for Yelyzaveta) is a full-time adventure seeker and ALX’s part-time Assistant Events Director. She lives for hiking, traveling, and capturing the world through her camera. Every day, she tries to find a spark of wonder, and shares that love with her two daughters. As a kid, she dreamed of being both an actress and a psychologist. She’s been practicing drama and people-watching ever since! She has a forever love for black Labradors—they have her heart!
