With two amazing locations to serve the working community, ALX Community provides a highly sought after address and getting there is super easy.
Catch the Blue or Yellow metro line to the King Street Station, and then jump on the free King Street Trolley in the station’s car park.
The trolley runs every 10-15 minutes between the station and Union Street, with stops in between.
ALX-Atrium: get off the trolley at the Columbus Street Stop, and walk 2 blocks on South Washington Street.
ALX-Waterfront: ride the trolley to the end of the line and walk 2 blocks on North Union St.
Broker FAQ’s
What information do I need to provide to register?
In order to register and start submitting client introductions, we’ll need you to submit the form below. Later, we’ll need ACH banking information in order to transfer fees for successful deals.
Can I be involved with my client?
We love working with our broker partners to find the perfect office spaces for their clients. You are welcome to be involved the entire way, and we encourage you to tour along with your client. We recommend the client maintain open communication with ALX; you will be notified when the client has toured and if an agreement has been executed.
How soon will I receive my payment?
You will receive payment when the membership agreement is fully executed and all fees due upon signature have been processed from the client.
Will you reach out to my client without my knowledge?
No. First and foremost, ALX is built upon community and relationships. You will receive notification throughout the process when your client hits certain milestones.
What happens if my client decides to upgrade to more offices?
Depending on the upgrade, you will receive compensation based on the length of the agreement and the monthly contract value.
Is there a limit to how many clients I can introduce?
No, you may introduce as many clients as you like. The more the merrier! We encourage you to visit us and take our special brokers tour – once you experience ALX Community, you’ll know which clients belong here!
